Description:
Strips all ASCII character codes from str.

Return Values:
Returns a string.

Example:

<CFSET str="This&nbsp; is&##155; a test&trade;">
<CFOUTPUT>
Given str=#str#<BR>
Stripped: #StripAscii(str)#
</CFOUTPUT>
